2023 begins the Aberdeen Art Gallery exhibition based on (and named after) my book Shadows and Light: The Extraordinary Life of James McBey. The exhibition will run from Saturday 11 February 2023 to Sunday 28 May 2023, and has been curated by me and Madeline Nehring, Team Lead for Collections at Aberdeen Archives, Gallery & Museums.
