The Aberdeen Art Gallery exhibition based on (and named after) my book Shadows and Light: The Extraordinary Life of James McBey ran from Saturday 11 February 2023 to Sunday 28 May 2023, and was curated by me and Madeline Nehring (pictured below), Team Lead for Collections at Aberdeen Archives, Gallery & Museums.
